I am extremely disappointed with my experience and strongly advise others to think twice before signing up. Do NOT sign up with this company.
I registered for a water delivery service offered inside Sam’s Club. I paid a $20 down payment, and the salesperson clearly explained that this fee would be applied to my first bill. He assisted me in downloading the app and walked me through the monthly charges: $20 for two 5-gallon bottles and $9 for the dispenser rental—charges that were supposed to occur upon delivery of the equipment and water.
To this day, I have received nothing—no water, no dispenser, no delivery.
Worse yet, it has been incredibly difficult to reach anyone who can help. After multiple calls, I was told that I had not been billed and that I now needed to pay $32 to start service. When I reminded the representative that charges were supposed to happen at delivery, she insisted I needed to have the funds available for a “hold,” and claimed it still wouldn’t count as billing until delivery. The lack of communication, clarity, and consistency has been unacceptable.
At this point, I feel misled and frustrated. A simple service should not require this much effort, nor should customers be told conflicting information at every step.
I truly hope the company improves its customer service and onboarding process, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.
