I scheduled a callback for what was supposed to be a 2-minute hold, only to be placed on hold again for 40 minutes after briefly speaking with a representative. The first rep said I needed to be transferred to cancel my service, but the second rep informed me it had already been canceled and that it only takes a moment to complete. The process felt disorganized and unnecessarily time-consuming. Time was definitely wasted.
