Picked up my mail and the African American lady working the window called me a smart ass after I couldn't hear her through her mumbling, mask and the plastic barrier in-between us. Was insanely rude for no reason. She needs to be re-trained on customer service

Went to the Post Office to purchase Global (International) Stamps and was told they were out. The employee stated that she was going to write a note for her Supervisor to order more... well it's not like Christmas happens every year at this time... you need to do better!
