  Just found the place at 3place after searching the entire plaza. Never been there before so I had to use Google Maps. It just gives the street address: 3338. No suite #. Apparently, they close at 3p today. I just had one thing to send back to Amazon. It ended up being exactly 3:00p when I finally found the place. I saw an employee. I showed him the package that I needed returned and he just shrugged his shoulders and pointed to an invisible watch. There was no one else. It would’ve taken 2 minutes if that. Edit after response: It had just turned 3:01p when I exited my car w a perfect line of sight to the rear door that I approached. Door was already locked & no one initially in sight. So, there was no way the door had just gotten locked at 3:01 or 3:02. Besides, where’s the great customer service to at least check to see what I need and if he could take care of it real quick. You got fine art or gold bars in there to protect? Got a huge vault and laser alarms that go off if there’s any movement past 3pm? Sorry, 1500. I know we’re dealing w some black ops stuff going on at the UPS store.

  Today I went to the UPS Store right around noon and it was very busy. Despite the long line, Jesus was extremely patient and handled everything with grace. I know how tough it can be working during the holiday season, and he kept things moving as efficiently as possible without rushing customers. There was another employee working as well, wearing a green shirt, and I didn’t catch his name, but he was also polite and hardworking. I really appreciated seeing two young men working diligently and not slacking, even under pressure. I had two returns and wasn’t fully prepared when I reached the counter, but Jesus was patient while I pulled up my information. Even during that time, he stayed productive, organizing and putting boxes away. Great customer service and a solid team overall.

  I normally don't post reviews too often but I was traveling through the area and needed to stop. Your employee, Mason I believe was the kindest of souls. He greeted me as soon as I walked in and helped me with everything I needed. It was a pleasant change from a lot of grumpy people I've encountered lately. Thank you!

  10 Dec: Rude. A package was delivered here for me to pick up. It was scanned as dropped off by the UPS driver. When the child working the counter couldn't find it, all he could say was that they didn't have it. No help, no suggestions. Just that they didn't have it. 14 Dec: The reply below doesn't address the terrible customer service that I received in store. You should probably fire everyone and start over. 15 Dec: checked in to see if they had my package. They did not. The rude guy wasn't working today. They were extremely busy, but everyone was pleasant and helpful.
