I shipped off some very important documents last August, and these incompetent people could not find what happened to my package. I paid 200 for shipping. My package was listed as abandoned. I tried getting a claim filed, and their so called boss claimed that they would call me and take care of it. Months later, I haven’t heard anything about my claim. Save your money and just go to your local post office, this place sucks. I will be reporting this company to the BBB since they stole my money and lost my package.

Como es posible que reciban un paquete, lo escanean ponen el papel en el box te envían un mensaje que tu paquete está listo para recoger y cuando vas a buscar el paquete los empleados te digan que no tienen nada.y no hacen el mínimo gesto de buscar y te dan mil excusas, y le hechan la culpa al carrier. Es una total falta de respeto como cliente. Aparte deberían darle un training de costumer service por que esos empleados ni empatia ni ganas de trabajar tienen. Will find other ways to ship. They have tried to charge 200 for a package to Al when the post office charged 35. High way robbery. People do your research and avoid if you can not the employees fault they don't set the prices. Ups do better. Next time I will choose better and do my research for prints
