As I am sitting in my vehicle awaiting a package, I get a tracking alert stating " Attempted Delivery unable to access location " Meanwhile the gate to my complex is wide open and no mail truck in sight. Then, I get an alert 20 minutes later saying ready for pick up....what!? I work the same hours and it's inconvenient to have to go pick up a package because somebody didn't want to do their job..The move aside for someone with an actual work ethic.
