As I am sitting in my vehicle awaiting a package, I get a tracking alert stating " Attempted Delivery unable to access location " Meanwhile the gate to my complex is wide open and no mail truck in sight. Then, I get an alert 20 minutes later saying ready for pick up....what!? I work the same hours and it's inconvenient to have to go pick up a package because somebody didn't want to do their job..The move aside for someone with an actual work ethic.

Other lady with grey lemonade braids told me to move my car , I told her I wasn’t parked , I just needed to drop a form in the blue box that I passed . I Will never go to this location again.

- UUURAQTJan 16, 20251.0This is the slowest, non-caring, slowest, dismissive, slowest… post office. They constantly only have ONE person at the desk. They only allow one person in at a time. I waited literally 40 mins to drop off 2 prelabled packages. I was out in 30 seconds after waiting 40 mins. There should be a place to drop larger prelabled packages like they have in Fayetteville.
