When I called the 877 number the agent put me on hold for a while to figure out what happened and why no one had contacted me for delivery since the TV had been sitting in their warehouse for 4 days. The local carrier they use was refusing to pick up the TV from their warehouse and deliver claiming it had not yet arrived at the warehouse. The telephone agent had proof the tv had been delivered to the warehouse but said there was nothing they could do until the local carrier would pick up the TV. It was suggested I wait 48 hours to see if I receive a call to schedule the delivery and if not to call back. Meanwhile the merchandise I order and paid to have shipped it just sitting in a warehouse because the company the contract out to, does not want to go pick it up. What a terrible way to run a business. Shippers and companies beware. Their poor job quality is a reflection on your business.
