NOTE this a negative 1 star.. Absolutely unacceptable route driver.. open packages with items missing delivered 1 pack and sd other was delivered but wasn't. Multiple times mail hasn't been delivered and good luck with packages. What is the problem?? Address is correct and house and box are clearly marked... we spend good hard earned money for things we need .. this has been a problem for years should already have been resolved

Tony is a petty, hateful, entitled, unprofessional person. This guy will absolutely damage your packages, and if he has a MINOR inconvenience between him and the door, he refuses to do his job. This entire office deserves some sort of investigation. They lie about deliveries, Avoid customers if you try to speak to them, and damage packages. Completely insane that there is no one to report them to and as far as i can tell, are just allowed to run the mail as THEY see fit.

My rating is for the USPS in general, not the Tunnel Hill branch. The USPS needs to downgrade fast. Stop the Sunday service, which was a terrible idea; deliver envelope mail 3 days per week and “parcels only”, Monday-Saturday. Increasing stamp prices isn’t going to help the incredible inefficiency of this system. It will take a complete overhaul.
