  Bad service and over charged because they upset when I ask her to do a new one I told both lady work on Wednesday I want one page front and back I mention on email but they print 2 pages and charge me again by employees misunderstand I don’t mind to pay but both of them need to do better service to all customers Employees name Jahzaria and Rupel

  I walked in to this UPS store expecting them to be busy as it is the season. I was second in line and finished quickly. The lady was so kind and friendly. It's a great location to do your shipping.

  Absolutely pointless experience. I came in to mail a few envelopes and was told they “don’t have time” to do anything. They wouldn’t place my shipping label into the plastic sleeve, wouldn’t put the envelopes into the standard white UPS mailing envelopes — nothing. The exact quote was: “It’s not that we don’t want to do it, it’s that we just don’t have the time to do it.” Instead, I was handed the plastic sleeves and the UPS envelopes and told to go over to the table and do it myself, then come back when I was “ready” so they could scan them — apparently the only thing they were willing to do. There were only two people in the store: me at the counter and one other customer doing Amazon drop-offs at the kiosk. No line. No rush. Just zero willingness to help. So what exactly are you getting paid to do if you can’t handle two basic tasks at a shipping store? This location is inefficiency and laziness at its finest. Complete waste of time. Would not recommend.

  Wonderful customer service - Rupel was amazing !! I had a cartful of items to return from Amazon! Large and small items - I did my best to make sure I had everything organized and labeled - I was feeling anxious about the process because I didn’t want to hold up the line … I was immediately put at ease and the process went smooth and actually pretty pleasant experienced 👏 👍

  Just Wow! When I got to the counter, the associate said; “I guessing you didn’t read the instructions”, before we had spoken at all. She then presented a laminated card with prices ranging from $3.50 - $6.00 to print an Amazon return label. I said really? She said; “it’s free if print it at home”. lol, who has a home printer in 2025 I laughed. Anyway went to the next UPS store down the street who gladly took the return because the don’t mind doing their job lol.
