And there were some highlighted products in that email. One was a desk chair. Just what I was needing, at a really good price. So I figured I'd use my rewards to get an even further discount off the sale price. The associate was soooo helpful. She explained some of the perks of the rewards; if I spent over $60, I'd have $20 to use in store next time. I asked if they assembled? Yes, so I left the item there for assembly. It was a good price and would save me a lot of fuss. Wound up spending $4 less than the $60, but I saved $18 from my reward points, and that paid for the assembly! Good job Staples.

We found the ink package I needed and because I mentioned I needed to get to a meeting he offered to ring me up at another register rather than have me wait in line. While checking me out he asked if I wanted to use my points to reduce the cost of the ink. At slightly over $100 I said yes and he saved me a considerable amount of money after applying the points. I paid and was off to my meeting. Thanks for the excellent customer service!

I especially want to highlight Bryan — he was phenomenal! I’d been struggling to find a place that could laminate what I needed, but Bryan went above and beyond to help me print and laminate it perfectly. He was patient, generous, and truly went the extra mile to make sure I left completely satisfied. I walked out feeling so content and grateful for the amazing customer service. I’ll definitely be returning and look forward to doing business with you all again!

When I did find the young man, he was extremely helpful and guided me towards other items I was looking for. I bought a large item and he got it out of the back and carried it to the front of the store for me, he checked me out and then carried it to my car. I had a very nice experience at that store today.
