- TRTammy RobertsMar 23, 20241.0Had a package shipped from Walmart. It was suppose to be delivered to the door. It was next to the mailbox instead. When I got picked it up was almost in the road. Unacceptable. Dade has horrible mail delivery. And once again. This time they delivered it to wrong mailbox. Something really needs to be done about the mail carriers in dade county. Rarely is the mail right. It either gets lost or not delivered or delivered to wrong person. If you can’t read the address and are not competent enough to do your job then people need to be replaced. There are umportant mail items coming in the mail that is not being delivered.

My husband was told by an employee at the Trenton post office that our carrier didn't even load our packages because our gate is closed. She post a failed attempt at delivery because our box was full. Neither was true. She never loaded them for delivery. If she is too lazy to deliver packages then she needs another job!! This is a regular occurrence and I'm officially over it!! It's 12 miles one way to our post office. I pay for shipping for a reason. I want something done now!
