Loses packages and doesn't follow up as they promised. Spoke with Kevin, the postmaster, Packages says "returned to post office 6:34pm" then says "delivered in mailbox at 7:56pm". Package was not delivered as marked, Kevin said they weren't delivering at 7:56pm so he would have to "look into it". That was a lie, he never looked into it. Delivery driver must be stealing packages.

Awaiting a package that was later said to been received, left at door on front porch. Only to come home and it not be there. Thank God my neighbor can read because obviously the person on route that day on that couldn't because was left at her front door instead of my own

I’ve lived at the same address for 8 years and some other get my neighbors mail or someone that’s never lived here. Also, my packages are never dropped off when it shows the tracking on their truck out for delivery. It’s frustrating. I shouldn’t have to pay for a P.O. It’s insane.

I’ve lived at this same address for seven years, and the mail service here has been consistently unreliable. My mail routinely ends up at other people’s houses, and I keep receiving mail that isn’t mine. Today was the last straw, a neighbor down the road had to bring over my wife’s new Social Security card. That is a serious breach of trust and privacy, not just a small mistake. This level of carelessness is completely unacceptable. Mail delivery is not optional or casual, it’s a basic federal service that demands accuracy. If your carriers can’t distinguish addresses, maybe they need better training, attention to detail, or yes, a new pair of glasses. It’s long past time this post office gets its act together.
