Also, they are delivering our mail to our neighbors and their mail to ours. Yet, they are delivering the junk mail to us

I still haven’t gotten an item that says delivered from Kohl’s and a Prime delivery that was expected yesterday said they had no access to my front porch which is not true. There is absolutely nothing blocking my front porch so either they went to the wrong house with my delivery again or they never tried to deliver it and wrote that as an excuse. I want our regular mail delivery person back. This new one is incompetent. We live on Goat Rd W and they have delivered Goat Rd E mail to our house and there’s no telling where my packages are going
