I have had my mail put in my neighbor's box at Park Place and have also had mail not received by my creditors, sometimes causing me to have a late charge. Today, 7 pieces of mail belonging to my Mom's neighbor in the 1600 block of Belmont Avenue were left in my Mom's box and I delivered it to her neighbor. I have also talked to several orher people that said they are not receiving their mail or other people's mail and/or Amazon packages are being delivered to them by mistake.

Sometimes our mail were delivered to 119 W 9th instead of E but our mails, mostly are time sensitive were not picked up . And last week, they left our mails after work-hours. We had requested a long time ago not to leave mails after 6:00 because we have had some lost mails from our mailbox.
