- BSB SetzerOct 10, 20255.0I've been in the office several times. They have always treated me politely. I was there yesterday, I was so happy to see the decorations for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Sue was great. She was so bubbly and friendly.
- ARAshley RodgersAug 15, 20251.0I cannot believe I am even having to go this far. Temple post office I have all recordings!! First delivered my package in the rain and ruined my $400 package, refusing to even assist on that issue. Then when I complained to the postmaster and the carrier asking why she left it in the rain she started yelling at me cause I told her I caught her lying and I have her on camera lying. And she went off, then postmaster kicks me out of the post office saying I’m “causing problems” when I’m not cause I never once raised my voice. Then today they marked my package delivered and it wasn’t so went back to the post office and they turn around and said on recordings “since you filed a complaint and called the police (to do a damage report) they won’t be delivering me my mail or packages and I need to wait a month, before they will “think” about delivering again” Mind you withholding mail on malicious content is illegal. I have all the recordings and now idk what to do. All because I’m complained?!? I have complained thru the care center and I am in phone with their boss to fix this issue. Sad I have to go this far.
