- HSHannah SmithNov 7, 20251.0Would rate lower if I could for no other reason than PAT the manager - postmaster. She is the most hateful, unwilling to help person I have ever met in a post office. We do one large shipping day every single week and she shows her hind end and acts like a baby every single time because she has to scan the large amount of packages. To the point of her telling us today they weren’t even going to accept our packages anymore. I have paid USPS for postage and there is no reason she can’t do the job she is literally being paid to do. If you live in talking rock, make the extra drive to jasper. They told me they would happily take my packages and hand scan them for us. Pat is a lazy worker and a terrible representation of usps. I would highly recommend this establishment looking into other options for an employee in that position. Clearly she is only worried about herself and her time.

They also never answer the phone and it's an automated system that never understands what you say, I have family from my home state sending me stuff for my birthday and now I am terrified my stuff will be lost or delivered to the wrong address again since I have a near identical address to someone else, and being new to the area I have no idea where the other address is. Horrible postal service who doesn't deliver or just cannot read the address on mail.
