- KOKaren OwensDec 20, 20251.0since we moved to Sylvester our mail delivery is always late never early. Sometimes they do not come out so out going sits till they come out to deliver mail and they rubber all our mail and put it it the mail box. this is the worst service. Arabi Ga post office does a whole lot better service

The normal excuse is they don't have an access code but my box is always open. I pay for 2 day shipping but they cause delays with the items and Amazon says they don't have a choice and have to use them.
- ACAlyson CauseySep 17, 20251.0The people here are anything but willing to help, couldn’t help me find my package and balled up the paper with my tracking number on it and rolled her eyes saying “well it’s not here”. Super disappointed after waiting for 10 mins for them to open up late and leave with no direction to where my package is.
- EAerica abramJul 7, 20231.0Horrible customer service!!! I see Mrs sherian doesn't like to wait on black people. Walked inside to get a envelope. Mrs sherian had 2 people in line. I asked her hey are the envelopes behind the counter or out here? She pointed to the 2 ladies in line like she was too busy to answer me and threw an envelope on the counter.. very rude and unprofessional.. when I finally got to the counter she pointed to the envelope she placed on the counter. I replied yes I'm waiting in it to be placed in my hand and asked for a sup.. she then starts laughing as if if was funny. When sup arrived she claimed she was busy and trying to work and that could the sup talk to me in the office... who's the boss her or the manager?? Really hot with Sylvester post office. I didn't thank that people still treated others this way. I'm an ex portal worker and wouldn't dare treat anyone this way.
