The normal excuse is they don't have an access code but my box is always open. I pay for 2 day shipping but they cause delays with the items and Amazon says they don't have a choice and have to use them.

Super disappointed after waiting for 10 mins for them to open up late and leave with no direction to where my package is.

- JBJasmine BurleyJun 23, 20251.0Stephanie Williams was so Rude today talk me any kind away I have never had a problem at the postal service I came in office get a packet for my 13 year old daughter she said she will need a id in a rude way so the older lady ask me what’s my address so I give it to her Stephanie still been rude asking the older lady did she know me as I go get the id than she stop as im walking tell me my 13 her old will need a id as I already said she under age she don’t have a id so I told her just send the mail back to the sender because my child don’t have a id she wants go back fourth with me about a id but the older lady always nice when ever I come in she resolve my problem and help me so nice
