My daughter's birthday party required very last minute invites and we found out she needed physical invites in order to invite classmates. I ordered in person on a Monday afternoon (3:30pm) and just hoped somehow they'd be done in time so my daughter could take them to school the following day, but realized that was an unfair expectation given it was already 3:30 and they close at 7.
Well Annette who took my order and Deja who printed them KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK. Not only did they have it ready by 5:30, the invitations looked fantastic (always hard to tell when you submit a proof how good the quality will be once printed). My daughter was blown away and so grateful. Thank you Annette and Deja; you all saved the day!

The employee I dealt with was very awkward and honestly made the whole experience uncomfortable. She was singing during the interaction, making random comments, and even said she smelled something burning when nobody else could smell anything.
I was trying to ship a package with a prepaid return envelope inside, and she told me it wasn’t possible unless I created an online account. I tried to do it right there, but the website kept glitching and wouldn’t let me create an account. I showed her the problem on my phone, and instead of helping or offering another option, she told me to call customer service to set it up myself.
At that point, I decided to take my business somewhere else. It makes no sense that I would need an account just to include a prepaid envelope, and it honestly felt like she either wasn’t trained properly or just didn’t want to help.

Would only let me ship if I have an account number. I have one. Gave it to them. Then said I need a drivers license scanned to mail an item via ground. This took 20 minutes to sort out and I did not have my license on me so I had to leave. Not sure why a license is needed to mail something.
