I applied a (sender/recipient) USPS-provided label to a box while standing in line, and was told it was the wrong label, that I'd have to somehow remove it, get to the back of the line, and write the addresses directly on the box. A simple sender/recipient sticky label was a bridge too far for them to mark over with a magic marker that was sitting in her cup next to her customer service station, it had to be removed completely from the box OR I'd have to pay more for the so-called priority service. Just idiotic. Zero care for customer time, could care less.
