    I mailed a package on October 19, 2025 using the self serve kiosk. Package was being sent to Hattiesburg, MS by priority mail. USPS tracking system stated the package would be delivered on Wednesday Oct. 22. USPS tracking states that the package has been in Mobile, AL since Oct. 25. The air tag in the package shows the package has gone to the following locations: Fairburn, GA; Goodlettsville, TN; Naperville, IL and is currently in Bloomington, IL. Absolutely unacceptable!

    This woman was racist toward us. We arrived for our appointment on time, but they wouldn't let us use the application, either on our phone or in print. We said we'd fill it out by hand, but they didn't let us. Another worker sent my husband to get it again and gave him 20 minutes to print it, and this woman just laughed at us and our situation. It's a shame. I feel like we all deserve respect, regardless of our country.

    I had a very frustrating experience with passport services at this location. I scheduled a Saturday morning appointment and waited over 45 minutes outside. When it was finally my turn, the clerk told me I had filled out the wrong form. My son had just turned 16, so instead of the renewal form I needed the new passport application. Even though this was my mistake, instead of allowing me to quickly correct it, the clerk gave my spot away and told me to come back another time. I filed a complaint on the USPS website, and the Suwanee supervisor personally called me. The supervisor apologized and assured me that if I returned the following Saturday between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM, the staff would take care of my son’s passport application. He even said he would inform the passport clerk ahead of time. However, when I arrived, the clerk handling passports told me she had heard from the supervisor—but still repeated the same thing as before: “There are other appointments, you’ll have to wait.” Nothing had actually been arranged, and I was left in the same frustrating situation again. After pressing the bell several times asking to see the supervisor, no one came. Eventually another staff member told a different clerk to handle my case—ironically the same employee who had given me only “two minutes” the week before. After much waiting and confusion, I finally managed to submit my son’s passport application. This is not the only negative experience I’ve had here. On a separate visit, I saw a Chinese couple trying to mail a package. Because their English was limited, the clerk refused to help them. When they tried to use a translation app, the clerk said, “I don’t talk to phones, only people.” When they called their daughter on speakerphone to help translate, the clerk still refused service and turned them away. Overall, the Suwanee Post Office has serious issues with professionalism and customer service. Even when the supervisor makes promises, nothing changes. The staff are dismissive, unhelpful, and in some cases discriminatory. This has been one of the least customer-friendly USPS locations I’ve ever visited, and I sincerely hope these problems are addressed.
