  I shipped a package to Michigan and it was delayed over a week, The manager at the store was extraordinarily kind and helped me walk through filing an investigation on the package. Lo and behold the package was delivered the very next day. I appreciated his patience, his knowledge, and his kindness. Great UPS store and staff team! Highly recommend!

  If the computer is down. Go get computer fixed. I overheard the story, two families of people came for passport. They were scheduled today, snowing. They didn't get cancellation notice. They called in to check , nobody answers the phone. They came and kept waiting. Until an employee request manager to come out explaining. (Thank you for y of ur sense of diligence and responsibility and kindness). The person said first he is not manager, secondly he knew the passport person did come and "for safety reason" left. The families were outrageous. I was too. What kind of safety reason is that? Snow so there is safety concern. But why these families came as per schedule? Don't they have safety concern? How difficult is it to pick up phone, or sending cancellation notice? If you are not able to do your job. Causing people driving two hours to come in vain. I have a suggestion for you, you don't deserve this job.

  Yesterday the staff at this UPS stayed open for me to have something notarized. I arrived just before closing time but without any hassle they allowed me to await the arrival of my witness and attorney. From the time they arrived and all was signed, it was thirty minutes past closing time. Not one time did any of the employees make me feel rushed, nor did they make me feel as if they were inconvenienced by me. I have been in this store several times and they are always polite and professional but this time they went above and beyond for me. It's nice to know that customer service is alive and well at this UPS store. The names of those who helped me were: Sebastian DenBrok(store manager), Gareth Robertson, Noah Smolyar, and Alex Ferguson.
