- JGJuls GabsaNov 14, 20255.0Let me tell you, the previous owners ran this UPS office to the ground. It was not a good place. Ever since the new owner has taken over it is amazing. The owner is absolutely fantastic. So are the people he employs. You can tell he only hires people that have good customer service experience and are super friendly and knowledgeable on what they need to do. The line goes fast, they’ve set up an Amazon drop point so you don’t have to wait in line. They are also so generous about helping you tape up your boxes put labels on and anything that you need. For the people that complain about not getting free boxes, this is not a UPS hub. It’s an independently owned store that can only carry so many items. I mean other stores charge you $1 to just tape your box. And sometimes that’s per strip of tape. They do it with a smile, free. If you need a UPS office, this is the one to go to. Don’t look at the old reviews, look at the new ones. You can tell that ever since Amir took it over, it’s an absolutely different place. Shout out to Jordon, an employee there that does everything with the biggest smile! The fact I know his name says it all! Give it a try you won’t be disappointed.
