I mailed off a time- sensitive document well in advance and it was not post marked and delivered to Hampton (which is less that 5 miles away) until 1 month later. The outdoor mailbox opening was covered with cardboard and the inner mailboxes looked tattered with other poorly written signs. I should have continued on to the larger, better kept post office in Hampton. Please beware, the other reviews cannot be real as the place itself, looks is run down.

Everything was clean and just overall BETTER than offices in a 20 mile radius. Customer Service really matters.
