- BBBrittanyFeb 10, 20261.0⭐ One star — and honestly that’s being kind. I have contacted the United States Postal Service multiple times about my packages being left on top of the trash can instead of being delivered properly. This keeps happening despite repeated complaints. I understand my home is on a hill, but that is not an excuse for careless delivery. If the carrier does not want to walk or drive up, packages should be placed by the mailbox on the ground, not on a trash can where they are clearly at risk. I work hours away and am not home multiple times during the week to immediately retrieve packages. Because of this repeated issue, my packages were mistaken for trash and thrown away by waste services, resulting in the loss of my property. I should not have to keep repeating myself about a problem that should have been corrected the first time. This has been documented, reported, and ignored. At this point, it feels like basic delivery standards are not being followed. This is beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable. Do better. Just lazy!!!!
