- CGCharmin George1 day ago1.0Negative stars if I could the drivers don’t deliver your mail so when you put a stop mail to pick up - the manager said the protocol was for the drivers to take the mail out for delivery anyway. Then bring it back after closing hours for you to go pick up the next day. It’s Saturday?? So Monday? Then why tell the customer to come back same day to pick up? There needs to be better communication. Then when I said this is crazy because why tell me to come back up here the same day? The manager got angry and yelled “DONT START!” I’m said I’m sorry I’m just trying to understand. - These people are horrible.

The service was extremely slow, and the line moved far too slowly for what should have been a routine visit. When I entered, no one acknowledged me or greeted customers, which made the environment feel unwelcoming. It also seems like they are understaffed or lacking proper management, as the overall operation felt disorganized. This location has a lot of potential, but it clearly needs better upkeep, improved customer service, and stronger management to meet basic expectations.

Anytime I have had to bring anything up to them, they have been courteous and helpful. Just recently, a gentleman with a beard and a northeastern accent went above and beyond to help me locate a package that another post office had misplaced.

Then go to lunch at appointment time and request you just wait until they return while I watch them walk out. Staff interactions are rude, with little regard for customer. No call, no courtesy, just unprofessional behavior.
