- AIAubrey IvoryOct 28, 20251.0They alleged the addressee was unknown at my address and returned my package to sender. Tried calling this location several times and the phone just rings. They even hung it up one of the times I called.
- MWMell WashingtonSep 18, 20251.0The drop box bucket is always broken! Went at 10pm at night and 2 baskets full of people packages on the floor and the front door propped wide open. I drove 12 miles to another location.

This driver never even attempted to deliver my package. I went outside to see if anyone was out there and the mail was delivered but no package, and I saw the mail truck to my right further down the street, later they circle back to put a notice in my mailbox saying I “wasn’t available” I have the moment they pulled up on camera and they didn’t even get out of the vehicle. And when I attempt the schedule a redeliver it says not available. Now because of this persons laziness I have to go to the post office to get mad at someone.

I called to speak to the morning supervisor about my missing package and was told she was too busy to give me any information on my missing package? Like what do you mean? Just bad customer service!
