They complain about what they are not going to do. For example they don't help you with packages . They have all the so called great reviews because they are the only convenient store in Stone Mountain GA. The owners undermine the great customer service that UPS is known for is wrong. Yesterday I was told by the owners they didn't have any tape to assist with my item to be shipped. It's always what they don't do for customers. The owners really don't care. I witnessed this with other customers. I guess they can capitalize do to the fact the residents in the area tolerate the unusual customer service that is not displayed by UPS. They would not have this type of customer service in certain neighborhoods. Just awful service.
