  Charging $10 for a box when the item is being returned for an RMA in the same box it was originally shipped in by UPS is unreasonable and feels like an unnecessary cash grab. To make matters worse, the staff were rude and clearly uninformed about the process. This was a frustrating and unacceptable experience that reflects poorly on your customer service. I will not return and completely understand the other reviews that reflect this.

  I had the worst customer service experience yesterday at this location. I was told by the employee that we don’t get paid to put item back in box but I will put it in the box for you. If I would have said that to any customer I even told her that was terrible customer service and that it was rude and unprofessional!!!

  I'm very frustrated about this location!! I won't ever return. Staff was rude about closing and I was in the store at 5:55pm and they refused to help. It was a young lady with a bad attitude and then they let other people in after turning me away like a form of discrimination.

  The service at the UPS Store was phenomenal from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled correctly. They were efficient while still taking the time to answer my questions. Excellent customer service experience!
