  Such a wonderful experience today, I had a hard time printing some documents, and a gentleman behind the counter, Made the most effort to assure me that my papers were being printed correctly. I thank him so much. You must stop at this location very friendly very clean.

  *** PRICE GOUGING ALERT : DO NOT ALLOW THIS STORE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. THE PUBLIC LIBRARY IS RIGHT NEXT DOOR.*** In response to the owner’s reply: successful businesses operate with integrity. Ink and paper cost the same regardless of what is printed on them. Charging an additional $2.40 to print the exact same ink on the same paper simply because it is called a “label” is unjustified and amounts to price gouging. Future customers should take note of this practice when deciding where to do business. If you have an emailed label to print or anything at all to print from your email, go right next door to the Dekalb County public library. It’s less than a one minute drive from UPS, and a 5 minute walk. Log into your email there, and print your Amazon or UPS return labels for 15 cents per page . It’s literally right next door. If you don’t have a library card, just ask for a guest pass, and bring some change. UPS: Charging customers $2.79 per label to print a black and white UPS return label on a 8 x 11 sheet of plain white paper from a customer’s personal email address is the literal definition of price gouging, since you charge less than a dollar to make a black and white copy using the exact same supplies and resources. At the library, I paid 90 cents to print six black and white labels. UPS would have charged me $16.74 before tax for the exact same thing. Lastly, using terminology like “you’ve been warned” when defending obvious price gouging tactics to a customer is indicative of how customers and members of the local community are viewed by store employees. Greed will not gain you loyal customers.
