- JEJai ElamMar 9, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience when calling the 110 Water Post Office on March 9th at 3:27 pm to get information about my child’s passport appointment. I called simply to ask which forms I needed and what documentation to bring, and the interaction was extremely unprofessional. The two staff members who answered the phone were very rude from the beginning. Instead of providing guidance or even attempting to help, they spoke with a nasty attitude even though I remained polite the entire time. What was most frustrating was that they seemed completely unfamiliar with basic passport requirements and could not tell me which forms were needed. I was put on hold multiple times just for two forms that I was able to locate using their booking site. As a taxpayer and customer, I expect at least basic customer service and knowledge from a post office that handles passport services. Instead, the call ended with no answers, no assistance, and a very unpleasant interaction. I hung up still uncertain about what I needed for my appointment. Customer service and professionalism at this location seriously need improvement. People call for help, and they should be treated with respect and given accurate information—not attitude. Those two ladies were very nasty like.
