While trying to pull up the correct Amazon return bar code on my phone he continued to reach across the counter and the first bar code he saw on my screen. I asked him to please allow me a moment to find the correct one twice but he continued to reach over the desk and scan my phone. I became frustrated as I had no idea if he scanned the return slip for the items I had with me. I asked to cancel the return and he made a remark that he was glad I was leaving. I explained to him that It takes me a moment to see the small photo on the return slip. What a rude and unhelpful clerk.

I was advised for a return there is an additional cost to tape my return and other locations don’t charge. The clerk advised that this started November 1st and pointed to a sign on the desk. My return to the company stated to have them scan the QR code and UPS will handle the rest.
