    Third negative experience with Sharon. On the first two occasions, her attitude toward me was rude and dismissive. This time, after waiting 1.5 hours, completing the self service process, paying, and preparing 27 envelopes as required, I was told I would not be serviced because it was one minute before closing. After observing me spend over an hour preparing everything, Stephanie had to step in and insist that Sharon assist me. That level of treatment and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. The one star rating reflects a repeated pattern. Stephanie handled the situation with professionalism and ensured I was properly helped. This acknowledgment is for her and the other associate who was kind. Stephanie has demonstrated warmth and professionalism and deserves recognition for it.

    All I wanted to do was pickup a package the lady I spoke to was attitude was very nasty as if she hated her job. One Employee was talking to another employee about someone’s passport business loudly. Highly unprofessional and needs a new front office staff.

    For some reason my mail is coming open or I'm not receiving my mail I don't know what they're looking for but they are looking lately I have not been receiving any mail most of the time I receive mail everyday I don't know what's going on I have important meals that supposed to be coming and I'm just not receiving it or I haven't received it

    It’s Tuesday 6 Jan /2:00pm and the Stockbridge location close. NO INSTRUCTIONS to obtain my PO BOX MAIL. Can’t get to person when calling only automate recording. This is terrible!!

    I keep see mail to be delivered that day, and is not delivered. Some days mail is delivered 11-12; most days now, delivered 5-6 or later. What is happening? Not reliable service.
