This time, after waiting 1.5 hours, completing the self service process, paying, and preparing 27 envelopes as required, I was told I would not be serviced because it was one minute before closing. After observing me spend over an hour preparing everything, Stephanie had to step in and insist that Sharon assist me. That level of treatment and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. The one star rating reflects a repeated pattern. Stephanie handled the situation with professionalism and ensured I was properly helped. This acknowledgment is for her and the other associate who was kind. Stephanie has demonstrated warmth and professionalism and deserves recognition for it.
