I came in to get some stickers and labels printed for a birthday party it was my first time doing it, and I had no idea where to start. The gentleman who helped me (I believe his name was Roco, sorry if I’m mispronouncing!) was so patient and kind. My phone actually died in the middle of the process, and he even went out of his way to charge it for me and waited for it to turn back on which took about 20 minutes, lol. Even with all the delays and me accidentally sending files to the wrong email a few times, he stayed so calm, understanding, and helpful the entire time. What really stood out was how amazing the entire team was. I was there for about an hour, and I watched how efficiently they worked, greeting every customer with a smile, handling everything quickly, and keeping such a positive attitude. Big shoutout to the manager as well for leading such an incredible team! My printed designs came out beautiful, and the prices were the best I found I had called around to several places, and this location was the only one that offered the sticker prints I needed. Truly, this UPS team were angels that day. Thank you all for turning what could’ve been a stressful experience into such a pleasant one. I’ll definitely be coming back for all my future printing needs! 💛
