  Am I supposed to be talking to a computer every time time i call , why don't y’all call anybody back ? I been calling for months Adams haven’t got a return call whats goin on . The app only good if you have an assignment. Are y'all are staffing agency or not

  First they'll use you, and then when they don't have any use for you, they will leave you hanging. How they are able to function as a temp service is way beyond me. I totally recommend Staffmark over them.

  I didn’t want to post a review, but I guess this is all I can do until I receive a start date for the company I was told I would be assigned to. I won’t mention names for the sake of their privacy. But I really wanted to like this company. I have been out of work for 2 years due to moving around and really not having the best of luck with finding employment in the Hampton/Lovejoy area. I was actually referred to this company by a person online when I was inquiring on another social app about employment in the area and the reviews i saw when I looked them up seemed ok. This would be my first temp agency in a long time, so I really didn’t think anything could go wrong. I put in an app, actually received an email in a good amount of time to reserve a date for me to do a phone interview and go from there. I spoke to a lovely woman on the phone and everything went well, scheduled a day for me to come in and do a drug test and verify some documents and would be all set. I went there and everything went as expected and I received a paper with all of the information I would need for the company I was assigned to. My shift times and break times, dress code, everything was on there that I would need so I really didn’t have questions. But the only thing I didn’t receive was a start date. I was told to not just show up at the location I was assigned to. If time passes and I wanted to speak to someone, she told me I could just email her (which is fine for me, I personally hate calling people) and she would respond back the best way she could because she usually keeps her emails open on her second monitor and she could see them easily. Again, that’s fine. So time passes and I have yet to still receive a start date, and it’s been a little over a month. I’m honestly not upset, I’m not angry and I don’t have anything negative to say about the company besides the fact that I wish the recruiter would have just been honest with me when I was there and told me “it may be a few weeks before we can confirm a date for you to start” and I would have been more open to possibly being sent to another company or possibly even a different shift, whatever would have been easier for me to actually receive a date and time to start working. I know that people have to do their jobs at the end of the day, they have quotas to meet and deadlines, etc., but I really wish she would have just said something and I wouldn’t have waited so long, thinking I have something lined up and really, it’s just a waiting game. Again, not really upset just wish things would have been more clear.
