No greeting, no eye contact—just jumps on a personal phone call during your transaction and treats you like an inconvenience for being a paying customer. That was my exact experience with the store manager, Takera. Meanwhile, Ms. Selena was working hard, kind, and incredibly helpful. She managed to assist two customers while Takera had me waiting during her call. Huge shoutout to Selena for her professionalism—she’s the only reason I didn’t walk out.
