- TPTrent PhillipsJan 13, 20221.0Absolute worst post office i've ever dealt with.it's almost as if they intentionally hired the most incompetent people they could find.sometimes they get my packages to my po box and sometimes they try to deliver it to my house.when the latter happens sometimes they realize their mistake and bring it back to the office and into my box but.more often than not they seem to get confused at that point and forward my stuff to florida(their redistribution center).i typically have to follow the tracking then interrupt my day to rush to the post office to claim my package before they send it off to lala land(been waiting for months for some items to return from florida and also the tracking stops as soon as they forward it so i can't keep tabs on it anymore)when i asked what could be done about my "lost" packages i was told to just wait and hope that it shows up eventually and that's considered advice coming from them because for a long time i thought "i don't know sir" was the only english the guy at the counter spoke because that's all the info i ever get out of him.i'd give them negative stars if i could smh
