    Google and window hours say they open at 8am, yet everything was still locked up at 8:41am. There is a constant stream of people walking up and pulling on the locked door. Highly frustrating since I confirmed hours online before driving into town. Off to FedEx I go.

    Walked into the location, the young lady didn't greet me, didn't ask how can she help me, NOTHING!!! She made me feel like I was wrong for asking for service before 10am. She's definitely not providing customers with great customer service. Not sure about using their location again.

    Terrible experience. My family walked in to notorize a document and attendant did not want to even look at it. We try to show what we needed and she did not even want to read or look at it. We decided to say “no worries thanks anyway” and you got mad and started yelling at us “get out of my store” like she was the owner. Terrible experience. Do not go to this store.
