If it’s something requiring a signature they will not bring it to you to sign, they just leave notices saying they tried (when they drive right past you). The young lady with the accent (she looks Caucasian but she has a foreign accent) attempted to argue about the fact that no one had even attempted to deliver the letters in question. She told me that if it takes an extra few minutes to deliver the mail then they won’t deliver because they don’t get paid for that. So basically telling me that mail carriers don’t get paid to deliver mail. We live in a small community and we have never had issues with our mail in the 43 years that we’ve been here. This is unacceptable customer service and ZERO professionalism her part.
