I went back at noon and got to the counter only to be barked at by this clerk with dreadlocks( very rude and aggressive) she said," she cant leave the desk I will have to go somewhere else". There was only 2 customers in line.

They had all they needed to input the mail I receive. The bush grows fast. This week I saw they had scalped my bush!!!! No writing request; just took it upon themselves to ruin it! I am going to pursue this ! This was severe & wrong!

Postal Worker that just came out of the blue door and with a smirk: "No. You gonna have to get in the long line cuz nobody back there". Why not say, "I'm sorry. There is no one to assist you there. If you get in this line, someone at the counter can check for you". The package was delivered at 11:22am. Its now 3:30pm. I hoped to have been able to get it out of the box myself but... It's Friday afternoon. Its payday for many. But there is not adequate customer service.
