I’ve been coming to this post office in Snellville for a long time, and today was by far the most disappointing experience. I walked in with a small box that needed taping, and the lady assisting me rudely told me that they don’t provide tape and that I had to purchase it for $3.99. I’ve mailed packages here before and was able to use tape without an issue, so this was surprising but the attitude was the real problem.
She was unprofessional, on her phone while assisting me, and offered no courtesy throughout the interaction. After I bought the tape, packaged my box, and handed it to her, she just took it without so much as a “thank you” or “have a nice day.” I was the one who ended up saying thank you first, which is crazy considering customer service is literally part of the job.
Between the rude behavior and lack of basic professionalism, I will gladly drive further to a different post office before returning here. Very disappointing experience.

Worst place ever. Fix the drop off area! It is always jammed and it is such an inconvenience. The self check out kiosk never has anything, always runs out of label paper, I have to drive to another usps and waste my time and gas. Worst usps location ever!!!!

One person working and he was very efficient despite the Post Office leaving the place short handed during lunch hour.

I’ve had a package stuck in snellville, Georgia since January 6 and it doesn’t even show it was took to a facility, only “accepted” and “picked up by carrier”. I am convinced this package was stolen or lost, yet I’m on my SECOND claim for this same package and USPS has done nothing to help! And on top of all of this, the snellville post office hasn’t answered the first phone call I’ve made to them and I have called them every single day the past two weeks (it’s January 22 today)
