    I came to this location late today 11/4/2025 at around 6:49pm because the one I usually go to closes at 6:30 and I needed to drop something off ASAP, I felt bad I came so late but the staff were so polite and caring even when 3 more customers came in, I didn't catch the young ladies name but she greeted me with a smile and Micheal was so down to earth and did great multitasking to make sure everyone had what they needed. I love when someone not only does their job well but with a great attitude and caring, because its so rare in today's society. Thank you for such great customer service!

    I usually don’t leave reviews, but short Indian man lacks customer service skills! He is very slow at his job and holds up the entire line. UPS PLEASE get this man some additional support!
