During our visit on November 21, Davin and Malir provided service that went above and beyond what I expected. Today is our grandmother’s 80th birthday party and we were having issues trying to format and print our documents. Davin went above and beyond to take care of me. While Davin was assisting us, once Malir finished servicing his guests came over and assisted with incoming phones calls to allow Davin to continue to assist me with my project. They were professional, courteous, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Their positive attitude and willingness to assist made my experience smooth and stress-free. It is not often that you encounter such genuine dedication and care, and we wanted to ensure their efforts did not go unnoticed.
