    Believe them the first time: This store is the closest UPS to me but never felt to go here. However, one day 3 months ago, I was tight on time and decided to drop off my package for a return. Nightmare. They did not label my package correctly so after a few days, that package came right back to me. Looked through the package and two items were missing. Went back to the store and spoke to the owner. He was not at all accommodating; would not refund my label and would not believe two of the items were missing from the bag. He contacted his daughter by phone -- the one who assisted me - but nothing was explained to me. Ended up shipping the package there since I was not about to pay for the label again. Thankfully, my package finally arrived a the destination and they overlooked the missing items and I gave the benefit of the doubt that the missing items issue could have also occurred with the carrier. Fast forward, I was desperate to get something out on time and thought I'd give it another try. Last week I had a package returned to Amazon. The young lady at the front obviously never scanned it so Amazon never received the return indication. They usually note a return 2-4 hours after drop-off. I had to call customer service to obtain the refund even after an entire week; item was still not received. NEVER WILL I RETURN to this location. Not very competent. Poor customer service. The only redeeming quality is that AA young lady who actually can accurately and professionally do her work. She's actually helpful. Nonetheless, I will stick to my original location, even if it is a few miles further. Ridiculous!

    I actually just left this store. A young white lady with glasses “helped” me. I was returning some items to SHEIN and had selected the no fee return option and they provided a shipping label. The directions in the email stated I was to put the clothes in their original poly bags with the barcode on them and take the bags to UPS and show the return label barcode. I did all of that and she asked where my bag was after scanning the label. I said I didn’t have one as SHEIN specifically stated bring them in the original bags and they’d be scanned. She said “Well, I don’t know what to tell you but you need a bag for four items.” Not a very nice tone and so I proceeded to show her the email with the instructions and she still said I had to buy a bag. I bought the bag while she smirked, only because I needed to return the items today. However, I spoke with a SHEIN rep once outside and I was correct: I did NOT need a bag and it was a return label for all items. Maybe if she listened to people and used critical thinking skills and had a more pleasant disposition, I’d be back. I will start back going to the other UPS store where the service is better.
