  Today they are keeping their door locked i had to call the store and come back to get let in then when I went to leave the door was very hard to open. Doesn't seem like they want to do buisness.

  I made a passport photo appointment for 3:30pm and arrived 3:15pm and there was a paper sign on the door signifying “out to lunch be back at 3:30pm.” It is now 3:45pm and no one has returned. There are 10-ish people waiting outside (one of whom said this sign was on the door when he came at 2:15) We have called the store and UPS corporate. This is ridiculous and I will never return.

  I had a bad experience when I came and the store was not open when it said it was open online. I called back a few weeks later to make sure the store would be open and Chanel answered the phone and her positive and warming energy over the phone was everything! Just wanted to give her a shoutout because I was not happy with this location until I interacted with her
