I had a package delivered there on December 3rd. It said it was out for delivery for 7 days. After 40 unanswered calls, I gave up and called my local usps in Michigan. They picked up the first time and got to the bottom of it. They didn’t even scan my package in as delivered so eBay was going to hold my funds for 30 days whenever the package was delivered! Stay away from this post office. They clearly have better things to do rather than their jobs

Both the website and the hours listed in the door say the lobby is open 24 hours, but that’s clearly a lie. USPS makes it impossible to use their services due to their limited hours, and now they won’t even provide the additional access promised. A waste of my time and gas money to make the trip here, very disrespectful for customers.

I’ve seen packages of mine that contain glass get mishandled and thrown, which is unacceptable. I try my best to be in and out when ever I have to go to not have to deal with it, although I ship pretty often.
