The manager (who has a ton of negative reviews on here anyway) was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Go to any other location, this business is a SHAM.

Tracking said it was delivered and they said they didn’t have it, even when my tracking said it was at the store. Do not use this store. Embarrassment to UPS.
