  I had a bad experience when I came and the store was not open when it said it was open online. I called back a few weeks later to make sure the store would be open and Chanel answered the phone and her positive and warming energy over the phone was everything! Just wanted to give her a shoutout because I was not happy with this location until I interacted with her

  If I could give no stars, I would. The older black man who works there needs to be trained on customer service or not work at the front servicing customers. He is very rude and aggressive in his tone and made me feel unsafe approaching the desk for mailing assistance today (2/6/26). Not only was he rude to me, but I witnessed him being rude to another customer as well. He loudly told people to use self service even when they clearly needed help and became impatient when questions were asked. He also yelled at an older gentleman who needed guidance, which was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. His behavior was aggressive and uncomfortable to witness. Customer service should be respectful and helpful. This experience was unacceptable.

  Just had a beautiful experience . They store was clean.. they are all stocked. The general manager Mr Ivory was excellent.. he helped me with my boxes and have me a space to build my gift. Chantal has a big smile and made everything smooth and seamless. Beautiful Black people.

  If I could give 0 stars, I would! I came yesterday an hour before closing and they were already closed. Today is Sunday, I came THREE hours before closing, even called ahead (no answer) and since the weather was fine, I came anyway. Once again: CLOSED!!!!! Complete waste of time. Worst UPS store ever. The low rating and reviews make total sense.

  Don’t even bother calling them. It’s 12pm on Sunday (they close at 3pm) I just called 3 times and no one answered. Don’t take my word for it. Try calling. I bet you no one answers. I now have to gamble, drive there, and hope they’re open as they were closed randomly yesterday due to extremely light snowfall that didn’t even stick. ANSWER your phone or setup an automated service that says you’re closed or update your online store hours to reflect your locations availability. Takes seconds to do. UPDATE: I went to the store and they were closed with zero communication that they’re closed to their customers. Their employees clearly do not want to work. Go to any other location other than this one. The one on 2900 Delk Road is actually open today. Proof that THIS specific location sucks.
