He spelled Alatoona wrong and he put Gynn instead of Glynn for my fiancé’s last name. He didn’t put Jr after Glynn. I’m worried about my package getting to my fiancée. A certain employee needs to go back to first grade and learn how to spell.

According to UPS they never received the package from the store. I called this store and I was told the manager would call me. The manager never called me. I filed a claim with UPS and more than 20 days later I have yet to receive a refund or any communication from UPS or this particular store as of September 4th. One full month after I paid for my package to be delivered.
