- LJLisa JeanCharlesDec 16, 20251.0Staff encouraged me to use the scanners. I told them that I would gladly wait in line and they refused to scan my items after I informed them that I would gladly wait in line because I don’t like using the kiosk. The manager (dark skinned guy with glasses) was very condescending and refused to scan my item saying that what customers do everyday and that’s the only wait to get a receipt. I guess people don’t want to work any more and customer satisfaction is not longer a thing. I would not recommend this location to any one and I will be calling corporate.

I specifically put in additional instructions that I included bleed in case there was a fold over on the banner for full color and placement. The banner was printed with two white sides. I put on the notes bc I was unsure of what was needed and told it would be reviewed. I did not receive a call and they printed it. And it was also a day and a half late from the original pick up time. First time using this location and upset that the banner we need for tomorrow is messed up- as this is representative of our company brand. And the store did not give me any option to fix or redo.
- SQS QuleNov 13, 20251.0Avoid this location at all costs. I had the absolute worst “customer service” experience here ever. EVER. The employee who came up to my husband and I was borderline aggressive. When we asked her if she could tape our packages because the items are heavy and would basically fall out of the boxes during transport: she said yes, walked away, and began to ignore us. We stood there waiting for her to acknowledge us again and hand us the tape since we clearly seemed to be inconveniencing her and she stated “I just work here”. My husband and I are just staring at each other at this point because we have no idea if the packages are going to be handled appropriately. And our only option is to leave and assume the recipient will receive it because the employee is escalating a simple request Into something extremely aggressive and uncomfortable.
- PPPhilNov 7, 20251.0Do not get a package sent to this location for gold. I did not get a notification saying my package arrived and they sent my package back to the sender after being at this location for 12 minutes. Somebody was being lazy.
