Everything from having to dump the carefully packed box on the table before acceptance to let the clerk verify the contents, to the courier in Italy driving past the house marking the delivery “attempted” when they didn’t even stop (4 times! It’s on camera!). The countless back and forth through emails and phone calls was stressful, unnecessary and has embarrassed me beyond belief trying to get a simple Christmas gift to these people whom I barely know. I will *never* use DHL again, and will tell anyone considering using them what a horrible experience I had with them.

My packages have arrived on time much more often than with other carriers. I attribute that track record to the detail and thoroughness of Lynette.
