If i could leave zero stars I would. I had a passport appointment at 1045am. I had to get through 2 construction zones to get there, planned accordingly and still was delayed. I called the location directly explaining my situation and begging to please keep the appointment. They told me there was a 5 minute grace period otherwise I'd have to reschedule. I made it by the skin of my teeth. I had the form printed out, my passport card, the lost /stolen form because I lost my book in a move, a copy of my marriage license, social security card, and birth certificate. As well as the originals for all. I also already had my photos taken and present as well. I was then told that because I had the wrong form filled out that they couldn't help me and that I had to make a new appointment because they didn't have the time due to the next appointment at 11am. The "11am" did not show. So I walked back in at 11:05am asking if the 11am was available. A man at the counter aggressively told me "we don't do that. If you missed your appointment you have to make another one." The manager, the lady processing passports and that man were all standing around socializing, doing nothing when i cane back in and there were no cuatomers yo be waited on besides myself. This was after the manager told me that she was on a call and I didn't have everything ready so she couldn't help me either. The dismissiveness, lack of customer service, engagement and empathy was frankly some of the worst I've seen.

We had an appointment for passports. Arrived early and waited for the lady to come to the front desk to help us. She was 5 minutes late coming to the front desk area. She told us we needed to hurry and fill out the paperwork because we were already 5 minutes into the appointment but she was the one we were waiting for. Do not use this location for passports. Incredibly lazy and rude people work here.

I had to get a new p.o. box when I moved and from start to finish, everyone was so helpful. They have always been very friendly and professional. I took a chance at the Peachtree City post office one day and waited 10 minutes for anyone to help the 6 of us waiting in line, while we listened to their negative conversation within ear shot. Never again will I go there. I prefer the Sharpsburg post office.
