Founded in 1963 by a group of FAA employees, The Southern Credit Union is a full service financial cooperative offering Savings, Checking, IRAs, Money Markets, CDs, Auto Loans, Personal Loans, Mortgages, Home Equity Loans, and Credit Cards. We are a not for profit institution governed by a member elected board of directors. All profits have to be returned to our members in the forms of lower or no fees, lower rates on loans and higher dividends on deposit accounts. Membership open to anyone living or working in the following Georgia counties: Butts, Clayton, Coweta, Fayette, Fulton, Henry, Lamar, Meriwether, Pike, Spalding, Troup and Upson.
