- LBLisa ByrdFeb 5, 20265.0Dalton and Dee Dee are always helpful with any of my UPS needs. I’m always greeted with a smile, great customer service and they help me with issues I have questions about. They go out of their way to show me how to get my QR code for returns, you see I’m notorious for not being able to retrieve them from Amazon or Temu once I get to the store, but they never question my ability to do this, they just jump on my problem and walk me through it or take care of the issue. It’s wonderful to still see employees who like their job and want to help without attitude these days . Great employees and I felt the need to recognize them both after my visit today.
